• Menu Pricing: Per Person pricing is based on 100 Guests or more. 18% gratuity & 8% sales tax (8.25% in Cities of Capitola & Watsonville; 8.5% in Santa Cruz & Scotts Valley), will be added to the per person price. Example totals with gratuity & tax as follows:
